Where we ship

We currently ship across India. Free shipping is included on all subscription orders and on one-time orders above the threshold shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster than remote areas. Delays can occasionally occur during peak periods or due to courier or weather disruptions.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can follow your parcel's journey at any time using that link.

    What is 'GLP-1 face'?

    'GLP-1 face' is a cosmetic term for the hollow, gaunt, prematurely aged look that can follow rapid GLP-1 weight loss. When facial fat is lost faster than skin can retract, the face can look deflated, with more visible folds and laxity. It is a change in skin and facial structure, not a medical condition.
